01. When will my credit card be charged
The order amount will be a pending authorization on your account and your credit card will be charged once your order is processed and ready to ship.
Please note that, depending on your bank, once credit card authorization is received, the funds may be reserved for up to 30 days. If you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations on daily withdrawal amounts on your card. TheMogan.com reserves the right to request additional identification. If necessary, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
02. What is the order cancellation process?
Please allow 7-10 business days for authorizations to drop if a debit card was used and/or up to 2 billing cycles for credit cards.
03. Do you accept phone orders?
No, We don't accept any orders over the phone. Please contact our customer service center at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will response in 24 hours.
04. How can I check on my order?
We will send you an order confirmation via e-mail. You can also visit to themogan.com and click the Order Status link to check the status of your order. You can also email our customer service center at email@example.com.
05. Can I order from outside the United States?
As long as an international valid form of payment is presented, yes. We are currently accepting all major credit cards and PayPal.
06. Can I have my order shipped to another country?
Sure can! TheMogan.com will ship to any country as long as a valid address is presented.
07. What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website?
Some items in our page will sell out fast, so if you had an item you wanted and its no longer being displayed, just send us the title, item number or a print screen of the item and we will give you a definite answer.
08. Do you have an TheMogan catalog?
TheMogan does not have a catalog at this time.
09. How quickly do you ship?
Orders are processed 7 days a week excluding holidays. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Most orders placed by 2:00 p.m. PST Monday - Friday will ship out that same day, except during holidays.

We are fully committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Any information that we collect (e.g . name, address, phone number, e-mail, or credit card information) will not be disclosed to third parties unless it is a part of providing a service to you or where we have your permission to do so.
11. How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card for online purchases. We also offer payments made through Paypal. We do not accept COD orders.

Currently, you are not able to register to be an TheMogan Rewards Card member, however are currently working on it and any updates will be announced via e-mail.
15. If I am an theMogan Rewards Card Member will my online purchases count towards my reward points?
Yes, once its available, your online purchases will count towards your rewards points.
16. What if I haven't received my order?
